摘 要:目的:研究经血宁胶囊正丁醇提取部位(JXN-C)的抗炎作用。方法:动物随机分为JXN-C高剂量和低剂量组(生药9,4.5 g.kg-1),阳性对照组(地塞米松3 mg.kg-1),空白对照组,均ig给药。复制角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿模型,容积测量法测定足跖肿胀度并计算抑制率,测定致炎大鼠血淸炎症因子一氧化氮(NO)水平。复制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,测定耳廓肿胀度和计算抑制率。腹腔染料渗出法测定腹腔洗出液吸光度(A)。结果:JXN-C 4.5 g.kg-1给药后120,180 min对角叉菜胶致炎大鼠足跖肿胀有较明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),JXN-C 9 g.kg-1可降低角叉菜胶致炎大鼠血清中NO水平(P<0.05)。JXN-C对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀也有较明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),高、低剂量的抑制率分别为52.12%及45.56%。对冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加无抑制作用。结论:JXN-C具有较好的抗炎作用,抗炎机制之一可能与其抑制NO参与炎症反应过程有关。Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Jingxuening capsule-butyl alcohol extracts (JXN-C). Method: Male rats or mice were randomly divided into JXN-C high dosage and low dosage groups (9, 4.5 g ·kg-1 ), positive control group ( Hexadecadrol 3 mg·kg-1 ), blank control group ( N S part aeq). All rats were intragastric administrated. Carrageenan-induced foot swelling was determined via volume measurement method, and the joint swelling inhibition rate was calculated. Ear swelling degree and inhibitory rate was investigated in ear auricle swelling mice model induced by xylene then nitric oxide (NO) was detected. Mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increasing model was employed and the absorbance (A) value of celiac irrigating solution was detected to investigate the anti-Inflammatory effects of JXN-C. Result: JXN-C low dosage (4.5 g ~ kg-1) markedly inhibited carrageenan-induced toes swelling after administrating 120, 180 rain, toes swelling ratio were significantly lower than that of blank control group (P 〈0.05). JXN-C high dosage (9 g-kg-1) significantly reduced serum NO concentration in carrageenan treated rat ( P 〈 0.05 ). JXN-C markedly inhibited ear swelling, the ear swelling ratio was 52. 12% and 45.56% respectively, which was significantly lower than that of blank control group, but JXN-C had no effect on acetic acid-induced mouse peritoneal capillary permeability. Conclusion: JXN-C posses potent anti-inflammatory effects', one of the mechanism in the inhibit inflammatory process induced by NO.
