强激光对雪崩光电探测器破坏的研究

摘　　要：对雪崩光电探测器的损伤阈值与 1 .0 6μm脉冲激光重复频率、照射时间的关系进行了实验研究。结果表明不同的重复频率和照射时间 ,有不同的损伤阈值 ,随重复频率和照射时间的增加 。The relationship of the damage thresholds of avalanche photoelectric diodes and the repeat frequency and irradiating time of 1.06μm wavelength pulse laser has been experimentally researched in this article.It is shown that the damage thresholds are different with different repeat frequency and irradiating time of pulse laser,the damage thresholds go to a fixed value at last along with increased repeat frequency and prolonged irradiating time.
