摘 要:采用文献资料法、教学实验法等研究方法,进行了理论与实践的论证,以培养学生元学习能力为切入点,把元认知理论运用到普通高校有氧舞蹈教学中,并选取实验班和对照班分别以新、旧两种教学方法进行实验。结果表明:两组差异显著。在有氧舞蹈教学中引入元学习理论教学的策略是可行的,在教学中更能够提高学生的学习效果和质量,对提高她们学习的兴趣及树立终身体育意识,优化教学效率具有更重要的意义。In this paper,the theory and practice have been tested by using the literature data,teaching experiments and other research methods In order to cultivate students′ meta-learning ability,a teaching experiment has been conducted:with two experimental classes,one is guided by the metcognitive theory applied in teaching process,the other follow the traditional teaching methods.The results show that:the difference between the two groups was significant Introducing meta-learning theory to the teaching of aerobic teaching is feasible which helps to improve the effectiveness of teaching and quality of student learning and is of significance in stimulating their interests in learning,building lifelong sports consciousness and optimizing the teaching
