摘　　要：随着社会的发展和科技的进步，临床检验的自动化程度越来越高，极大提高了检验结果的可靠性，但是在实际工作中依然存在很多困惑与问题。本文总结了临床实验室常规检验工作中静脉血栓和血友病实验诊断、血小板功能检测方法学评估和质量管理的进展，对促进临床实验室开展出血与血栓性疾病常规检验，提高检验质量提出了几点建议。The progress on methodology evaluation and quality control of laboratm7 diagnosis of venous thrombosis and hemophilia and that of platelet function assessment were summarized.
