摘　　要：目的检测寻常性银屑病患者外周血Th22细胞及其效应因子IL-22在血清中的水平,探讨Th22细胞与银屑病的关系。方法分别采用流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测23例寻常性银屑病患者(进行期12例,稳定期11例)和11例对照者外周血Th22细胞及血清中IL-22的水平。结果 Th22细胞的水平比较,病例组(1.90±1.73)%高于对照组(1.47±0.96)%,进展期组(2.30±1.63)%高于稳定期组(1.75±1.29)%,但差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);而且病例组Th22细胞水平与PASI评分无相关性(P>0.05)。IL-22水平比较,病例组(8.46±6.23)高于对照组(5.28±2.66),进展期组(8.75±4.58)高于稳定期组(6.35±2.46),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且病例组IL-22的水平与PASI评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-22可能参与银屑病的发病,但外周血Th22细胞水平与银屑病发生和发展无直接相关性。Objective To detect the expression of Th22 cell in peripheral blood and IL-22 in serum of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and analyze the relationship between Th22 cell and psoriasis. Methods The express of Th22 cell in peripheral blood and IL-22 in serum were detected respectively by flow cytometry and ELISA in 23 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris（ 12 cases in progressive stage, 11 cases in stationary stage） and 11 controls. Results The frequency of Th22 cell in patient group （ 1.90 ± 1.73 ） was higher than that in control group （ 1.47 ± 0.96）, in progressive stage group （ 2.30 ±1.63 ） was higher than that in stationary stage group（ 1.75 ±1.29）, but the difference had not significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; and the frequency of Th22 cell of patients and PASI score had no linear correlation（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of IL-22 in patient group （8.46 ± 6.23 ） was higher than that in controls （5.28 ±2.66）, in progressive stage group（ 8.75 ± 4. 58 ） was higher than that in stationary stage group （ 6.35 ± 2.46 ） , the difference had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the level of IL-22 of patient group and PASI score had positive correlation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The results suggested a potential role of IL-22 in the pathogenesis and development of psoria- sis, while the frequency of Th22 cells in peripheral blood had no indirect correlation with the pothogenesis and development of psoriasis.
