2005-2011年广州市海珠区公共场所卫生质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解2005-2011年广州市海珠区公共场所卫生质量,为加强公共场所卫生管理提供科学依据。方法依照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》、《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》、《公共场所卫生标准》和《公共场所用品卫生标准》,对2005-2011年全区6764间次各种类型的公共场所的监测资料进行分析。结果监测空气样本14894宗,合格率71.90%,公共卫生用品38929宗,合格率96.36%。公共交通等候室空气的合格率最高96.15%,医院候诊室最低28.30%,各类公共场所监测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=1978.71,P<0.01)。风速的合格率最高99.59%,照度的合格率最低83.54%,不同监测项目的合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4933.47,P<0.01)。理发美容店的卫生用品合格率最高98.49%,文化娱乐场所卫生用品合格率最低87.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=497.58,P<0.01);公共卫生用品大肠菌群的合格率最高97.99%,霉菌的合格率最低83.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=583.92,P<0.01)。结论海珠区公共场所卫生状况不容乐观,应不断加强公共场所通风消毒保洁工作,保证公共场所卫生。Objective For providing scientific basis of strengthening the management of public hygiene, it is necessary to analyse the monitoring results of hygiene of the public places in Haizhu district of Guangzhou from 2005 to 2011. Method According to ＂Rules of Hygiene monitoring for Public Places＂, ＂Standard test for public places＂, ＂Standards for public places＂ and ＂Standards for Supplies in public places＂, we had analysed the monitoring data collecting from 6 764 places with various types from 2005 to 2011. Results The pass rate of 14 894 air samples was 71.90%. The pass rate of 38 929 public health products was 96.36%. Waiting rooms of public transport had the the highest pass rate （96.15%）, while the hospital waiting rooms had the lowest pass rate of 28.30%. Wind speed pass rate was the highest of 99.59%, while lumination pass rate （83.54%） was the lowest. Health products of hair and beauty shop had the highest pass rate of 98.49%.Products of entertainment place had the lowest pass rate of 87.35%.Public health supplies of the entertainment places had the highest pass rate of coliform bacteria test （97.99%）, but the lowest pass rate in mold test （83.00%）. Conclusion The results indicated that it is nessary to keep public places ventilated, cleaned and disinfected in order to guarantee the health of public.
