摘　　要：目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者腭帆张肌中半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)mRNA及蛋白表达水平,探讨OSAHS患者上气道扩张肌凋亡情况。方法选取30例OSAHS患者为实验组,1 0例排除OSAHS的慢性扁桃体炎患者为对照组。采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测两组腭帆张肌中Caspase-3的mRNA及蛋白的表达水平。结果①实验组Caspase-3的mRNA及蛋白表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(t=6.71,P<0.05;t=12.63,P<0.05);②实验组Caspase-3蛋白表达水平与呼吸紊乱指数呈正相关(r=0.789,P<0.01)。结论 OSAHS患者腭帆张肌存在肌纤维凋亡现象,且随着病情加重,凋亡程度也加重。OBJECTIVE To explore apoptosis of tensor veli palati in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） by determining the mRNA and protein expression of cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-3 （Caspase-3） . METHODS The OSAHS group consisted of 30 OSAHS patients and the normal control group consisted of 10 chronic tonsillitis patients without OSAHS. Real-time quantitative RT- PCR and Western blot methods were used to determine caspase-3 expression in tensor veli palati specimens. RESULTS 1. The mRNA and protein expression level of caspase-3 in the OSAHS group increased significantly compared with that in control group （t=-6.71, P〈 0.05; t=12.63, P〈 0.05） . 2. There was positive correlation between AHI and the protein expression level of Caspase-3 in the OSAHS group （r=0.789, P〈0.01） . CONCLUSION There was apoptosis in tensor veil palati in OSAHS patients, and the severity of OSAHS was relevant with apoptosis, the more severe of OSAHS, the more severe of apoptosis.
