摘　　要：目的:观察葫芦巴提取物治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:将33例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组17例与对照组16例。两组均常规治疗基础上,治疗组给予葫芦巴总皂苷提取物治疗,对照组给予安慰剂。治疗12周后,评价两组治疗前后临床疗效和血糖血脂改变。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.35%,对照组为62.50%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血糖均不同程度下降,但治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葫芦巴提取物对糖尿病足有较好的疗效,不良反应少。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of fenugreek extract on diabetic foot. Methods：Thirty-three patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 17） and control group （n= 16）. In addition to conventional therapy, fenugreek saponin extract and placebo were administered respectively to patients in treatment group and control group. The clinical efficacy was observed 12 weeks after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 82.35% in treat- ment group and 62.50~ in control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The levels of blood glucose were decreased in both groups, with more in treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion..Fenugreek ex- tract is effective in treating diabetic foot with few side effects.
