针刺对中重度原发性痛经镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺十七椎等多穴对中重度原发性痛经患者的镇痛疗效。方法:选取中度原发性痛经患者37例,重度原发性痛经患者44例,在疼痛时针刺十七椎、地机、三阴交、次髎穴,留针30 min,比较针刺前和进针5 min、10 min、20 min、30 min及起针后30 min、60 min、120 min的视觉模拟评分(VAS)分值的变化。结果:针刺镇痛效应从针刺5 min开始显现,并随着留针时间的持续,针刺镇痛效应逐渐增强至起针后120 min。结论:针刺十七椎等多穴对中重度原发性痛经具有明显的即刻止痛效应,与原发性痛经患者的疼痛程度无明显相关性。Objective：To observe the analgesic effect of acupuncturing at Shiqizhui（EX-B8） and other acupoints for patients with moderate and severe primary dysmenorrheal. Methods：Total 37 moderate and 44 severe primary dysmenmThea patients were selected. They were all treated at multi-point group [Shiqizhui （EX-B8）,Ciliao （BL32）,Diji （SP8）,Sanyinjiao （SP6） ]when sudden intense pain occurred,retaining the needle for 30 min. Visual analogue scale（VAS） values were compared in the time before acupuncture,in 5 min,10 rain,20 min and 30 min after needle insertion,as well as in 30 min,60 min and 120 min after needle withdrawal separately. Results：In 5 min after needle insertion,the immediate analgesia in multi-point group appeared and this effect was maintained in 120 rain after needle. Conclution：During the attack of dysmenorrhea,multi-point acupuncture at Shiqizhui（EX-B8） and other acupoints has apparent immediate analgesia on moderate and severe primary dysmenorrhea and there is no apparent correlation with intensity of primary dysmenorrhea pain.
