摘  要:山区雷电活动频繁,是导致35kV配电线路故障的重要原因之一。本文针对山西某矿区变电站进线遭受雷击,雷电过电压入侵变电站损坏绝缘设备的典型事故,进行了分析与讨论。通过现场调研和试验,分析指出线路防雷措施不当、变电站进线段接地电阻过高、线路与配电设备绝缘配合不当和山区地理因素等是导致事故发生的主要原因。针对以上状况提出了相应的改善措施如拆除不合理的防雷保护设备、降低杆塔接地电阻、设置进线段防雷保护及其他一些措施,从而能够提高矿区防雷水平,保障矿区的人员及财产安全。Mountain lightning activity,is the leading cause of 35kV distribution line fault is one of the important reasons.In this paper,substation incoming line in a coal mine in Shanxi is hit by lightning,lightning surge invasion substation insulation equipment damage of the typical accident,are analyzed and discussed.Through field investigation and test,analysis shows that the line lightning protection measure is undeserved,grounding resistance of substation incoming line is too high,line and distribution equipment insulation coordination is improper and the mountainous geography is the main cause leading to the accident.In view of the above situation this paper presented some improvement measures such as to remove unreasonable lightning protection equipment,to reduce the ground resistance of towers,arranged lightning protection for incoming line and some other measures,so as to improve the mining lightning protection level,to ensure personnel and property safety in mining area.
