摘　　要：相对于国家长途光缆干线监测 ,对城市光缆系统实施在线监测显然要复杂得多。本文根据作者从事的实际光缆监测工程经验 ,在对城市光缆系统若干特点进行分析的基础上 ,提出了对其实施在线监测的优化设计方案 ,并给出了颇为有效的具体算法。本文对城市光缆监测系统工程实施具有重要的参考意义。According to the monitoring and detecting system of national long-distance main fiber cable,monitoring and detecting of municipal online fiber cable system is apparently more complex .Based on analysing the characters of municipal fibre system ,comblined the experience of actual concerned project,the author puts forward a optimized scheme on how to carry out monitoring and detecting municipal online fiber cable system and a very effective algorithm .
