参归仁合剂治疗产后抑郁临床疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的 观察补虚解郁方药参归仁合剂(原名产舒颗粒)治疗产后抑郁(气虚血虚血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法 将产后抑郁症患者108例按随机、平行对照原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以参归仁合剂,对照组不予以任何其它与本病疗效相关的中医药治疗,6周1疗程,观察参归仁合剂治疗产后抑郁(气虚血虚血瘀证)的疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率92.6%,对照组总有效率64.8%。结论 参归仁合剂具有降低爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分、显著改善产后抑郁(气虚血虚血瘀证)中医症候的作用。Objective To observe clinical effect of Shen - gui - ren decoction of tonify deficiency and relieve depression in treating the postpartum depression （qi,blood deficiency and blood stagnation symptom）. Methods These 108 postpartum depression patients were randomly divided into Shen - gni - ren decoction group and control group. Fifty - four cases in Shen - gui - ren group were taken Shen - gui - ren decoction, the other 54 cases in control group were not taken any formula drugs connected to postpartum depression. And then the clinical effect of Shen - guiren decoction in treating the postpartum depression was observed. Results The effective rate of Shen - gui - ren decoction group was 92. 6%, and the control group was 64. 8%. Conclusion Shen - gui - ren decoction had the function to reduce the score of Edinburgh postpartum depression scale, and anti postpartum depression （ qi, blood deficiency and blood stagnation symptom ） effectively.
