摘　　要：随着中国逐步进入老龄化社会,老年男性的生殖健康状况变得不容忽视。作为老年男性常见的迟发性性腺功能低下,也因此受到了更多关注。本文从发病机制、筛查量表、诊断标准、治疗方法等方面,综述了国内外关于中老年男性迟发性性腺功能低下的研究概况。As the proportion of aging male keep rising in china, people had being paid more attention to improve the reproductive health of the aging males in recent years. Therefore late onset hypogonadism, as the common disorder in aging male,is getting more focus. The study provided a review of research in the late onset hypogonadism of aging males which included pathogenesis, questionnaires, diagnosis and therapy.
