摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和实验室自制单体(A)为原料,过硫酸盐氧化还原体系为引发剂,采用自由基水溶液聚合法,合成了非离子型聚合物(PAMA),并研究了该助滤剂在湿法磷酸体系中的助滤性能、疏水性能和对氟硅酸盐的阻垢性能。通过单因素实验确定了助滤剂的最佳合成条件为:单体质量配比w(AM)∶w(A)=85∶15,反应温度60℃,溶液的pH值5.5,引发剂的质量分数0.075%。在湿法磷酸体系中加入助滤剂后,过滤速度相比空白组提高了约3.8倍,滤饼水分降低了约9.8%,氟硅酸钠(钾)的阻垢率约53.5%。以上均显示PAMA对湿法磷酸的生产具有良好的促进作用。A nonionic filter aid (PAMA) was synthesized with acryl amide (AM) and home-made monomer (A) as feedstock and persulfate as initiator in aqueous solution.The effect of synthesis condition on the filter aid, filter cake moisture and the scale inhibition rate of sodium(potassium)fluorosilicate in wet-process phosphoric acid were studied.By the single factor experiment , the optimum synthesis condition was confirmed: m(AM): ∶ m(home-made monomer A)was 85 ∶ 15,polymerization temperature was 60℃,the pH value was 5.5 and the w(initiator) was 0.075%.After the copolymer being added into the phosphoric acid slurry , the filtration rate of the phosphoric acid was increased 3.8 times, the mass content of water was reduced 9.8% and the scale inhibition rate of sodium(potassium) fluorosilicate was 53.5%, which exhibited that the productivity of wet process phosphoric acid was promoted by the synthesized copolymer.
