摘　　要：介绍了高温 ( 1 2 50°C)下材料及片状元件阻抗 (电容、电阻、电感、电抗、损耗角正切 )温度频率特性测控系统的硬件构成以及测控软件。采用铂金作为导线 ,实现了高温下多样品阻抗参数的精确测试 ,而且可以设置多段升温曲线。A component parts and software of measuring and controlling system of temperature and frequency characteristic are proposed for the impedance ( L、C、R and tan δ )of materials and flat samples under high temperature(1 250 °C).Using platinum as down lead,accurate measurement of multi sample impedance is realized under high temperature.Ten curves can be set to raise the temperature.This system is crucially valuable for the research of ferroelectric and other materials which have highCure temperature.
