摘　　要：针对电子阅览室的工作现状,通过编程对电子阅览室管理软件数据库进行操作,为了提升自动充值管理,使读者更方便地使用电子阅览室获取信息资源,提高电子阅览室工作人员工作效率。详细介绍了利用VB编程开发实现自动充值的具体思路、各个功能模块的创建及系统的实现。This article analyses the problems lay in electronic reading room in the library of Jieyang Vocational and Technical College and has specific research on self-programming of management software in electronic reading room. In order to promote the automatic charging management ,make it convenient for readers to use the information resources in the electronic reading room and enhance the efficiency of the staffs in the library ,this article puts forward some suggestions on how to develop VB programming of automatic charging and introduces the innovation of modules and the building-up of the system.
