2004—2011年陕西省旬阳县流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解陕西省旬阳县流行性腮腺炎(简称流腮)流行现状和流行病学特征,为今后制定有效预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2004—2011年流腮疫情资料进行统计分析。结果旬阳县2004—2011年共报告流腮1 274例,年均发病率为35.20/10万,无死亡病例。发病高峰为10—12月和3—5月,分别占发病总数的48.04%、30.22%,其他各月发病占21.74%;年龄以6～14岁儿童、青少年为主,占总病例数79.04%;职业以学生为主、其次是散居儿童和托幼儿童,分别占83.44%、4.71%和4.40%;男女性别比为1.90∶1,两者年均发病率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=72.00,P<0.05)。结论陕西省旬阳县流腮发病高峰为10—12月和3—5月,以青少年、儿童为主,应针对学校和托幼机构加强流腮监测和传染病管理及流腮疫苗免疫接种,切实保护青少年、儿童身体健康。[Objective]To know the epidemic situation and epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Xunyang County of Shaanxi,provide scientific evidences for formulating effective prevention and control strategies.[Methods]The epidemic data of mumps during 2004-2011 were statistically analyzed with descriptive epidemiology method.[Results]A total of 1 274 cases of mumps were reported in Xunyang County during 2004-2011,the average annual incidence rate was 35.20/lakh,and there was no death case.The peak periods were November to December and March to May,which respectively accounted for 48.04% and 30.22% of the total cases,while cases in other months accounted for 21.74%.79.04% of cases were children and adolescents aged 6-14 years old.Most of patients were students,accounting for 83.44%,followed by scattered children（4.71%） and kindergarten children（4.40%）.The ratio of male to female was 1.90∶ 1,and there was significant difference in average annual incidence rate between males and females（χ2=72.00,P0.05）.[Conclusion]The peak seasons of mumps in Xunyang County of Shaanxi are periods of November to December and March to May,and most of patients are adolescents and children.It is important to strengthen the mumps monitoring,infectious disease management and vaccination among schools and kindergartens,to protect the health of adolescents and children effectively.
