摘　　要：通过介绍精密内圆磨床的砂轮修整系统及功率在线监控系统的功能,依据砂轮轴在修整中的功率变化情况,构建了功率在线监控砂轮修整系统。砂轮修整在线监控系统的成功构建,使其在砂轮状态在线监控、修整力监测及砂轮轴保护等中得到极好的应用,极大地提升了砂轮修整系统的效率。The wheel dressing system of precision internal grinder grinding and tile function of power on-line monitoring system are introduced. Based on the changes of power in grinding wheel dressing of grinding wheel shaft, tile power on-line monitoring syslem of grinding wheel dressing is designed.The online monitoring system of grinding wheel dressing is applied in grinding wheel on-line condition monitoring, dressing force monitoring and grinding wheel shaft protection,which greatly improves the efficiency of the grinding wheel dressing system.
