摘　　要：通过对2082E柱塞斜槽工艺分析,改进了柱塞斜槽磨削专用夹具,夹具实现了自动翻转与夹紧等功能。夹具控制系统采用AT89C51单片机进行控制,针对改进后夹具设计了相关输入/输出接口电路及控制软件。工厂试用后表明,零件的合格率与加工效率均得到明显提高,达到预期目标。Through the process analysis of 2082E plunger chute, the special clamp for grinding plunger chute is designed for realizing automatic flip and clamping function, etc. I/O interface circuit and control software are designed according to the improved fixture, and the CPU of the control system is AT89C51. Practice shows that the design of fixture can improve the procedure qualification rate and production efficiency.
