摘　　要：针对加热炉鼓风机的使用工况和故障点,研究设计了鼓风机在线监测系统。采用模块结构设计监测系统的框架,实现对设备运行工况的数据采集、监测、分析,并通过故障诊断数据库辅助进行设备故障诊断。According to the working condition and fault character of blower of hearing furnace,the on-line monitoring system of blower is designed. The whole system consists of five modular structures. It can finish data acquisition and monitor and analysis. It also can help doing fault diagnosis with databases of fault diagnosis.
