摘 要:简述了旋压壳体时效延伸率偏低问题,并通过工艺试验探索在同一时效制度(H900)下旋压减薄率对15-5PH材料延伸率的影响,得出了旋压减薄率越小、材料塑性衰减越小、时效后延伸率越高的结论;明确了壳体工艺改进方向为更改旋压毛坯,优化旋压工艺方案。通过对新旋压毛坯的材料及结构特点进行分析,总结其加工技术难点为15-5PH材料切削加工性差,旋压毛坯深孔车削、深孔磨削技术难度大。为此,从工艺方案设计、机床选择、装夹定位方式、刀具、切削液等方面,寻求了较为合理的解决措施,提高了加工质量。The low aging elongation of the spinning shell is described. The effect of spinning thinning rate on the elongation of material 15-SPH through the process test is studied under the same aging condition (H900), a conclusion is drawn that the aging ehmgation rate grows higher when the spinning thinning rate and the material plasticity attenuation change smaller. So the roughcast should be changed, the program of the spinning process should he optimized to improve the shell process. The technical difficuhies of process are the poor machinahility of 15-5PH and the difficulty of turning or grinding a deep hole caused by the material and structural characteristics of the new spinning roughcast. The processing quality is improved by changing the process, machine tool, fixture, cutter and cutting fluid.
