摘　　要：通过对孔轴类厚壁零件过盈配合过盈量的推导和分析,得出配合长度对过盈配合性质的影响,通过实例计算验证了采用调整配合长度并合理地选择过盈配合,可达到提高配合精度、便于加工装配的目的。In the paper, through derivation and analysis on the interference fit magnitude of the thick-walled whole axis parts, the impact of fit length on the quality of interference fit is obtained. Through an example calculation, it was verified that interference fit was selected reasonably, fit precision was increased and assembling was advantageous.
