摘　　要：为解决某钢厂260m2烧结机混合料中水分的在线测量和自动控制的问题,文中基于中子水分仪测量物料中水分、γ射线吸收法测定物料的总量,采用PC机和PLC构建了能实现精准、自动、快速调节给水量且具有安全保护功能的闭环控制系统。文中详细说明了设计原理和实现方法。In order to measure and auto-control the moisture of the sintering mixture of 260m2 on line for the steel, the neutron moisture meter is used to measure the moisture of the mixture, γ-ray absorption method is used to determine the total amount of materials. PC and PLC are used to build a closed loop control system, which have the security features and can achieve accurate, automatic, rapid adjustment of the water content. The design principles and methods of the control system are introduced.
