摘　　要：简要介绍粉末涂料的组成、特性及其喷涂原理,详细阐述粉末静电喷涂工艺及喷涂注意事项,同时就粉末涂装常见的缺陷进行分析并提出防治措施。The powder coatings composition, characteristics and spraying principle were briefly introduced, and the eleetrostalic spraying process of powder coatings and the matters need atlention during spraying process were elaborated in detail, at the same time the common defects during powder coaling process were analyzed and the prevention measures were proposed.
