摘　　要：农民工是改革开放以来中国工业化和城市化进程中的产物,至今已形成一个规模庞大的特殊群体。随着农民工的工作环境和生存方式的改变,其利益思想观念、人生价值思想观念和伦理道德思想观念都发生着明显变化。目前从整体上来看,农民工思想观念的变化尚属于部分质变,但其进步性与时代性已展示出农民工思想观念整体变化的客观必然性和积极走向。Chinese migrant workers emerged and developed into a special group in the process of industrialization and urbanization after China implemented the reform and open policy.Accompanying the change of working environment and survival skills,the migrant workers＇ understanding of interests,life and ethics have undergone observable transformations.Although these changes are still partially fundamental up to the present,they are exhibiting some positive trends,which might serve as evidence for the natural ideological change of the migrant workers.
