摘　　要：构建农业产业链是现阶段破解"三农"问题的现实途径,而农业产业链从萌芽、发育到逐渐成熟,受到市场需求、技术、资本、人才及信息和管理的影响,这些因素从不同的侧面影响着农业产业链的成长,分析这些因素的作用与影响对于农业产业链培育有着重要的作用:市场需求是农业产业链成长的基础动力,技术、资本、人才是农业产业链成长的重要要素,信息是促进农业产业链成长的关键要素,管理是提高农业产业链效率的重要手段。The practical method to solve current ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂ is to fabricate agricultural industrial chain.However,the growing process of agricultural industrial chain from burgeoning to mature is impacted by the factors of market demand,technology,capital,human resources,information and management from different aspects respectively.Research of the impacts and effects of these factors will be significant for fostering the agricultural industrial chain because：market demand is the basic driving factor to agricultural growth,technology,capital and human resources are also the important growth factors,information is the key to facilitate its growth and management is the important measure to improve its efficiency.
