异体手指复合组织再造拇指远期功能分析

摘　　要：目的评测异体手指复合组织再造拇指远期功能。方法按照2000年中华医学会手外科学会制定的拇手指再造功能评定试用标准,对16例再造拇指的对掌功能、对捏功能、感觉功能及综合手使用情况等进行初步评价。结果优9例(拇指能与其他4指全部对捏),良6例(拇指与示中环指对捏),可1例(拇指与示中指对捏,不能与环小指对捏),差0例(拇指与示指对捏,无法与其他指对捏),优良率达93.7%。结论异体手指复合组织再造拇指对治疗拇指缺损不失为一种良好的手术方法,但必须考虑相关影响因素。Objective To evaluate the long-term function of frozen allogenic composite tissue of fingers after transplantation.Method Based on the criteria of the function of hand reconstruction of hand surgery society of Chinese Medical Association,16 cases of allotransplantation of thumbs were primary examined on motor function,volar sensation,strength of pinch and grasp as well as donor feet.Results All the transplants survived.The patients were followedup for 3 months to 5 years（mean 2.6 years） postoperatively.After operation the average excellent and good score was 93.7% including 9 cases of excellent,6 of good,1 of fair and 0 of poor.Conclusion Transplantation of frozen allogenic composite tissue of finger is a good alternative in the treatment of plateau fractures to avoid influencing factor like as rejection and bone resorption.
