摘  要:利用电力系统实时数字仿真器RTDS搭建了±200Mvar链式STATCOM控制保护装置的闭环测试系统。在进行链式STATCOM的RTDS建模时,考虑到模型链节数与实际装置链节数的不同,提出了一种混合开关频率的建模方法,在保证RTDS STATCOM模型等效开关频率与实际装置相等的同时,又使得大部分链式模块的载波频率与实际装置相符,从而保证在相同的载波频率下更好的检验模块之间的直流电压平衡控制效果。最后,利用该测试系统对±200Mvar链式STATCOM与电网的相互作用以及控制保护装置的性能进行了全面的考察,实验结果表明该建模方法具有良好的等效性,STATCOM能有效的改善电网的电压稳定。控制保护装置设计正确,能够按照预期合理、迅速的动作。This paper introduces the power circuit structure of a ±200 Mvar cascade STATCOM as well as its control and protection strategies. A closed-loop test system of the controller is established based on real time digital simulator (RTDS). Considering the difference of chain numbers between the model and the real equipment, a modeling method of mixed switching frequency is proposed. It not only ensures the same equivalent switching frequency between the STATCOM model and the real controller, but also makes the carrier frequency of most of cascade modes tally with that of the real device, thus the DC voltage balance control effect between models can be detected more effectively under the same carrier frequency. The interaction problems between the STATCOM and the power system as well as the characteristic of the controller are investigated through numerous experiments. The results show the STATCOM has a satisfactory dynamic performance which can effectively improve the voltage stability of the power system. The controller can respond correctly and quickly in a pre-designed manner.
