摘  要:为解决沥青路面模量参数反演时有效FWD弯沉盆测试数据甄别问题,采用三维动力有限元数值分析方法,探讨了半刚性基层沥青路面存在不同形式裂缝时路表动态弯沉盆的分布特征,提出了有效弯沉盆测试数据的筛选指标和标准,并结合依托工程进行了验证分析。研究结果表明:0.2 mm的裂缝宽度是决定半刚性基层沥青路面裂缝面之间是否存在接触行为的临界值;裂缝破损条件下,半刚性基层沥青路面路表动态弯沉盆分布规律与完好路面结构存在着显著的差异;直接路表弯沉及表面模量指标合理可靠,可以针对实测弯沉盆测试数据有效地进行筛选。研究成果为基于FWD测试技术正确实施半刚性基层沥青路面模量参数的反演分析,提供了前期技术依据与保障。In order to screen the effective data of FWD deflection basin in the back calculation of modulus parameters of asphalt pavement, the distribution features of dynamic deflection basins of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement with the different forms of crack damages is discussed by 3D dynamic finite element numerical analysis method. The selecting evaluation indicators and criterion of the effective data of FWD deflection basin are presented and verified by in-situ case study. The results demonstrate that (1) the crack gap value, O. 2 ram, is the critical value to determine whether there is contact between crack surface of semi- rigid base asphalt pavement ; (2) there is a significant difference of distribution patterns of dynamic deflection basin between intact pavement structure and cracked pavement structure; (3) the direct road surface deflection indicator and surface modulus indicator are reasonable and applicable for filtering the effective data of deflection basins. The research can provide practical support for modulus parameters back calculation of semi-rigid base asphalt pavements based on FWD testing technology.
