摘　　要：目的分析目前我国开展临床护理查房的现状和存在的问题,探讨护理查房的新形式。方法从护理查房的分类、目的、组织和安排方面,结合当今医学模式及健康观念的转变进行分析探讨。结果探讨适应社会发展的新护理查房形式。结论将传统的护理服务与新的护理知识体系及新的护理技术融为一体,才能满足不断提高的健康问题的要求,建立适应整体护理的护理查房形式。Objective To analyze the present situation and problems to be solved for clinical nursing ward round in our country, and to find out the new forms of nursing ward round. Method From the aspects of classification, purpose, organization and arrangement, We analyze and explore these problems combining with today＇s medical mode and the transformation of the notion of health. Result A new form of nursing ward round which can meet the social development was find out. Conclusion By the new nursing knowledge system and the new nursing technology together, we can establish a new nursing ward round form which can meet the improving requirements of health problems and adapt to the holistic nursing care.
