摘　　要：他利苷酶-α(taliglucerase alfa)是一种利用基因重组技术在植物细胞中培养而成的β-葡糖脑苷脂酶类似物,2012年5月1日经FDA批准上市,用于治疗Ⅰ型戈谢病成年患者。本文对其药理作用、药代动力学、临床评价、安全性评价等方面进行综述。Taliglucerase alfa is a plant-derived recombinant human glucocerebrosidase. Taliglucerase alfa was approved by FDA for the treatment of type 1 Gaucher＇s disease in adults on May 1st, 2012. The pharmacologi- cal action, pharmacokinetics, clinical trials and safety of taliglucerase alfa were reviewed in this paper.
