摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病患者的社会支持和生存质量状况,探讨其相关性,为临床医疗、护理干预和健康教育提供依据。方法以社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)作为研究工具,对湛江市5所医院住院和门诊随访的共150例患者进行问卷调查。结果糖尿病患者社会支持总分及各维度得分均低于国内常模,生存质量的DSQL均值为(61.66±14.86)分,处于中低水平;DM患者的社会支持与生存质量呈正相关(r=0.292,P﹤0.01)。结论糖尿病患者社会支持和生存质量均较低,呈正相关关系,帮助患者建立有效的社会支持网络对提高其生存质量有着积极的意义。OBJECTIVE To find out the condition of life quality and social support in patients with diabetes, to analyze the correlation between the social support and the quality of life in patients with diabetes, and to provide the evidences for clinical treatment, nursing intervention and health education. METHODS Totally 150 patients with diabetes from Zhanjiang five hospi- tal inpatient and outpatient completed the instruments of the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and the Diabetes-specific quality of life scale （DSQL）. The correlation between them was analyzed. RESULTS The total score of social support and each domain score in the patients with diabetes were lower than the national average, and the mean score of quality of life by DSQL was （61.66 ± 14.86）. There was a positive correlation between quality of life and social support in the patients with diabetes （r = 0.292, P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION The social support and quality of life in the patients with diabetes were lower, and there was a positive correlation between them. There is a positive value to help patients with diabetes establish the effective social support network in improving their life qualities.
