摘　　要：目的了解上海市杨浦区老年人群伤害发生的现状,评价其社会经济损失,为进一步开展预防提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,对5个街道60个居委的12775名老年人口进行伤害状况的回顾性调查。结果伤害的发生率为12.16%,标化发生率为12.07%,女性高于男性,位居前5位的伤害依次是跌倒、割/刺伤、扭伤、交通伤、碰撞/挤压伤。60～69岁以跌倒、扭伤、割/刺伤、交通伤为主;70～79岁以跌倒、割/刺伤、交通伤为主;80岁～及以上以跌倒、扭伤、交通伤为主;致残率0.71%,残疾率86.92/10万,平均每例伤害病例直接经济损失3530元,人均住院4.7d、因伤休息32.3d、需他人看护19.9d。结论伤害在杨浦区老年人中高发、多见,经济损失较大,危害严重,需要大力预防与控制。OBJECTIVES To investigate the current status of injury and to estimate its socio-economic burden among residents over the 60 years old for injury prevention. METHODS A retrospective study on injury was conducted with multi-stage cluster random sampling among 12 775 peoples from 60 urban committee in 5 blocks. RESULTS Incidence rate of Injury was 12.16%, with the standardized rate of 12.07%, and the rate was higher in women than in men. The top five causes of injuries were falls, injury by sharp articles, wrench, traffic and collision. Falls, injury by sharp articles and wrench occurred mostly in 60-69 years. Falls, injury by sharp articles and traffic occurred mostly in 70-79 years. Falls, wrench and traffic occurred mostly in ~〉 80 years. Disability rate caused by injury was 86.92/100 000. Direct economic loss cost 3 530 RMB. The average hospitalization was 4.7 days. The rest days was 32.3 days and was cared for 19.9 days for each case with injury. CONCLUSION Injury was a common and frequently happened incident among the residents over the 60 years old, and it induced signfieant socio-eeonomic burden. The injury prevention should be enhanced.
