摘　　要：以 L 波段五位数字移相器的宽带自动修调为例 ,介绍了激光自动修调系统的组成和工作过程 ,讨论了移相器的可修调设计和修调算法的设计。激光自动修调技术可用于多种微波电路 ,可以缩短调试时间 ,降低生产成本 ,满足大批量生产的要求。ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 19, No 3, P 39 40 (Jun 2000) In Chinese The construction of automated laser tuning system and the tuning process are presented with the automated wide band tuning of a five bit L band digital phase shifter as example. The design method for tunable phase shifter and the tuning algorithm are also discussed.
