摘　　要：文章提出一种具有网格状分布电阻层结构的场发射阵列 (FEA)。讨论了电阻层的横向电阻和纵向电阻对器件性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,通过引入电阻层 ,器件发射的不均匀性得到较大改善 ,异常发射得到有效的抑制。A field emission array is proposed with structure of mesh shape distribution resistor layer.The effect of lateral and vertical resistors on device performances is discussed.Experimental results show that by introducing a resistor layer,the heterogeneity of the emission of the device is greatly improved,while abnornal emission is effectively suppressed.
