摘　　要：针对图像变换编码中重建图像的方块效应 ,提出了一种自适应的频域补偿技术。补偿算法不需要迭代过程 ,一次就能达到最优解 ,消除方块效应与保存图像高频信息的效果都很好 ,并且运算量很小 ,非常适于各种需要满足实时性条件的应用环境。In this paper, a new adaptive method that estimates compensating transform coefficients is proposed for blocking effects in transform coding and the optimal solution is achievable through one step. This algorithm is excellent on blocking effects reduction and it preserves the high frequency information well. With low computation complexity, it is suitable for real-time applications.
