摘　　要：本文提出了含碳金属在氢气加工气氛中 ,金属含碳量的减少或增加的转换机理 ,从而解决了某调制管的排气管与玻璃封接层产生气泡的质量问题。The present article elucidate on the mechanism of decreasing or increasing carbon content durign the course of hydrogen process.It has effectively solved the problem of bubbles between layer and the exhausting tube of the switch tube.
