摘　　要：在云计算背景下,基于SLA的服务质量管理对于服务双方快速地建立稳定的可度量业务关系具有重要意义,但是相关研究还远未成熟。讨论并分析SLA管理的研究现状,提出一个完整的SLA自动管理生命周期并详细讨论其中各个阶段的具体任务,针对还未解决的问题提出一个研究框架。Under the background of cloud computing, the SLA-oriented QoS management plays an important role for creating of a measurable and stable business relationship between service providers and service consumers, however, this topic is far from mature research. Discusses and analyzes the state of the art, presents a complete life cycle for SLA auto-management mechanism as well as the concurrent tasks of each stage in that life cycle, proposes a research agenda according to those problems that have not been solved in SLA auto-manangement mechanism.
