摘 要:采用熔盐法制备系列Ni1-xZnxFe2O4(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.7和1)铁氧体粉末样品.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(IR)以及超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)对样品的结构及磁性进行研究,研究表明:x=0.3时,样品最大的比饱和磁化强度为79.3 emu.g-1;并研究样品中的磁相互作用行为,讨论相关机理.Ni1-xZnxFe2O4(x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.7 and 1) ferrite powders were prepared by a molten salt method.The crystal structure and magnetic properties were investigated by means of XRD,IR,and SQUID.The results indicated that the saturation magnetization Ms of Ni1-xZnxFe2O4 ferrite reached its maximum of 79.3 emu.g-1 as x = 0.3.Subsequently,we investigated the magnetic interaction in the sample,and the related mechanism was discussed.
