摘 要:分别以淬火和正火为预处理工艺,研究了不同原始组织条件下,40Cr钢亚温淬火后的强度和硬度,并进行了组织分析。结果表明,预处理影响40Cr钢亚温淬火组织中马氏体含量和晶粒大小,从而影响其力学性能。两次淬火后该钢得到极细的马氏体组织,具有较高的强硬性,其性能优于正火态亚温淬火。亚温奥氏体逆相变淬火可提高该钢的力学性能。Taking quenching and normalizing as pretreatment process, the tensile strength and hardness of 40Cr steel subcritical quenched with different original structures were determined and the microstructure was analyzed. The experimental results show that the pretreatment process affects the content and grain size of the martensite in the 40Cr steel subcritical quenched structure, and then affects the mechanical properties. The very fine martensite structure can be obtained after twice quenching and it has higher tensile strength and hardness. The mechanical properties of the as quenched 4OCt steel is better than that of the as normalized 40Cr steel. The mechanical properties of 40Cr steel can be improved by austenite inverse transformation subcritical quenching.
