摘　　要：对模具制造过程中采用的热处理工艺进行深入分析研究,指出合理的热处理工艺直接关系到模具的制造精度、力学性能、使用寿命以及制造成本,是保证模具质量和使用寿命的关键环节,同时对热处理工艺在模具制造过程中的应用前景进行展望。The heat treatment processes of die during manufacturing were analyzed. The reasonable heat treatment process is related to the die manufacturing precision, the mechanical properties, the service life and the manufacturing cost, it is also the key link of die quality and service life, at last, the prospect of heat treatment process in die manufacturing was given.
