摘 要:使用9条ISSR引物,对由丽穗凤梨‘Chariotte’、‘Margot’、‘Condor’、‘Poelmanii’和‘White Line’为亲本的5对杂交组合获得的13个优异杂交后代指纹进行了分析。结果表明9条ISSR引物共扩增出112个位点,其中多态性位点88个,多态性比例为78.57%,有效等位基因数、Nei's基因多样性指数和Shann on信息指数的变异范围分别为1.0579-1.9942、0.0548-0.4985和0.1283-0.6917;亲本及杂交后代存在丰富的遗传多样性,ISSR分子标记能把杂交后代与亲本明显区分开。本研究为丽穗凤梨早期品种鉴定以及品种改良等提供科学依据。Thirteen progenies derived from five combinations crossed among five Vriesea cultivars, i.e. ‘Chari- otte’, ‘Margot’, ‘Condor’, ‘Poelmanii’ and ‘White Line’, were analyzed by using nine ISSR primers. Results revealed that 9 ISSR primers generated 112 loci, of which 88 were polymorphisms, and the percentage of polymorphic loci was up to 78.57%. The value of the effective number of alleles, Nei's genetic diversity and Shannon’s information index were in ranges of 1.057 9~1.994 2, 0.054 8~0.498 5 and 0.128 3~0.691 7, respectively. Results also revealed the abundant genetic diversity exists in the parents and offspring of hybrids, and also showed that ISSR markers could obviously distinguish hybrids and their parents. Findings of this study might provide useful molecular basis for future rational cultivar identification in early growth stage and genetically improvement for Vriesea bromeliads.
