军鞋胶底喷霜原因及预防措施

摘　　要：从配方体系、工艺、贮运条件等方面,分析了军鞋橡胶鞋底喷霜产生的原因。结果表明,硫化剂、促进剂、防老剂、软化剂和补强填充剂等配合剂是影响军鞋喷霜最主要的原因之一;混炼工艺和硫化条件不当也会造成胶底的喷霜;同时,潮湿或者光照环境下也容易喷霜。针对军鞋胶底喷霜的具体原因,提出了相应的预防措施。The reasons of rubber sole blooming based on formula design mixing vulcanizing process storing and transport condition were analyzed. The results showed that the rubber blooming was affected by formula design mostly. Improperly mixing process and vulcanizing process also caused the blooming. It was easy to bloom for military rubber shoes under wet or illumination environment. And then, some proposals for avoiding rubber blooming are put forward.
