摘 要:基于超声导波技术,研制了护栏立柱埋深检测的硬件系统,并设计开发了超声导波检测与信号分析软件。利用研制系统对典型工况条件下的护栏立柱进行了现场测试。结果显示:护栏立柱附属构件和埋置介质对检测精度影响小;该系统测量精度高,波形直观,检测便捷;超声导波技术在护栏立柱埋深检测中具有突出优点和应用潜力。An embedment depth measurement system with corresponding software of signal processing for ultrasonic guided wave inspection was developed. With this system, an in-situ testing of guardrail post under typical operating conditions was carried out. Research results showed the accessories and embedment medium of guardrail post have little effect on the measurement precision. Additionally, this system has some features such as high measurement precision, easy waveform identification and convenient inspection. In conclusion, ultrasonic guided wave technique has outstanding advantages and application potential in the guardrail post embedment depth measurement.
