改进贴敷材料与工具在穴位贴敷疗法中的应用

摘　　要：通过对既往冬病夏治穴位贴敷时采用的贴敷材料、药饼制作的方法、皮肤对药物的敏感程度进行分析,改进穴位贴敷材料与工具。根据患者年龄、病情、穴位及对药物的敏感程度不同,按比例将药物调制为重号、中号、轻号系列;选用2.5mL、5mL注射器经手工改制成不同规格的药饼推药器;采用纺粘无纺布、透明敷料贴膜、水刺无纺布肤色胶贴等新型材料制作专用穴位贴片。贴敷操作时,药物的分类调制更有针对性,专用穴位贴片对皮肤刺激性小、透气、方便快捷、粘性适中;中间的塑料防渗膜和固定药饼的储药池避免了药物渗漏;药饼推药器制作的药饼大小均匀、厚薄适宜、药量准确。运用新型贴敷材料结合自制改良的贴敷工具有利于穴位贴敷疗法在临床推广应用。Through the analysis on the methods of medicinal paste preparation, the irritation of skin to medicine and the piaster materials adopted in acupoint piaster therapy for the prevention of winter-attacked disease in sum- mer, the acupoint plaster materials and devices were improved. According to the differences in age, illness condi- tion, acupoint and medicinal irritation of patients, the high-dosage, moderate-dosage and low-dosage series of medicine were prepared in proportion~ 2.5 mL and 5 mL syringes were manually reconstructed as the pushers for the delivery of the medicine paste of different specifications. The new-type materials such as spun-bonded non- woven fabrics, transparent dressing film and spun-laced non-woven skin-color stick plaster were adopted. In the operation, the medicine was classified and prepared more specifically. The dedicated acupoint plaster was charac- terized as less in skin irritation, breathable in property, convenient in practice and proper in stickiness. The plastic anti-seepage film in the middle and the medicine storage pool for stabilizing medicinal paste could avoid drug lea- kage. The medicinal paste pusher could achieve the even size, proper thickness and precise dosage of the paste. The new-type plaster material and the self-prepared innovated piaster device contribute to the development of acu- point plaster therapy in clinical application.
