摘　　要：新疆南疆三地州是我国贫困人口最集中、贫困度最深、自然环境最恶劣的且存在大量农村富余劳动力的边远民族地区,文章探讨了南疆三地州农村富余劳动力异地转移的必然性、介绍了三地州农村富余劳动力异地转移就业的主要做法与经验、分析异地转移面临的主要问题并提出针对性的建议。Southen Xinjiang is the most concentrated place by China＇s poor population, where the poverty degree is the deepest, the natural environment is the worst, and a large number of surplus rural labor exists in remote ethnic areas. The article discusses the inevitability of the transfer of surplus rural labor in three southern Xinjiang regions, introduces the practices and experiences of surplus rural labor transfer , analyzes the problems faced by this kind of transfer and gives targeting recommendations.
