摘　　要：目的:采用手术联合光动力疗法治疗男性巨大尖锐湿疣,分析临床特点、观察疗效及复发率。方法:将肛周巨大尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组,A组为手术联合光动力治疗组(30例),B组为手术联合CO_2激光治疗组(21例),分别采用手术联合光动力治疗,手术联合CO_2激光治疗治疗,比较两组患者的疗效和复发率。结果:手术联合光动力治疗组总治愈率96.67%,手术联合CO_2激光的总治愈率80.96%%;手术联合光动力治疗组患者第1、2和3次治疗结束后,其复发率明显低于手术联合CO_2激光治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:通过手术结合光动力治疗男性巨大尖锐湿疣,能明显降低复发率,疗效优于手术联合CO_2激光治疗法。Objectives： To investigate the clinical charasterics, efficacy and relapse rate of the giant condyloma acumina- turn in male patients with a connective tissue resection combined with photodynamic therapy. Method： Male patients with gaint condyloma acuminata patients were randomly divided into 2 groups （group A and group B）. Group A were given the special surgi- cal treatment combined with 5 -aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy （30cases）, and group B received CO2 laser therapy af- ter the operation （21 cases）. The efficacy, relapse rate were observed and analyzed. Results： The total cure rate of group A is 96. 67%, and the cure rate of group B is 80. 96%. There were significant difference between two groups of patients after the first, second and third treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The method of special operation combined with photodynamic therapy is an effective and safe treatment for giant condyloma acuminata in male patients, whose recurrence rate is significantly lower than the surgery combined with CO2 laser treatment.
