摘　　要：目的:观察壮药土龙祛疣洗剂治疗女阴尖锐湿疣疗效。方法:选择患有外阴尖锐湿疣的女性患者70例,观察组35例,采用壮药土龙祛疣洗剂熏洗患处配合搓揉手法;对照组35例,外用重组人干扰素α-2b软膏(RecombinantHuman Interferonα-2b Paste)外涂。结果:观察组的总有效率为88.57%,对照组总有效率为57.14%,两组比较有显著性差异(x^2=9.038,P=0.029,P<0.05)。随访3个月后观察组平均复发率(%)9.52±4.37,差异有显著性(t=-3.472,P=0.026,P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生。结论:壮药土龙祛疣洗剂治疗女性尖锐湿疣有一定的疗效。Objectives： To evaluate the effect of Zhuang Medicine Tulong lotion in the Treatment of vulvar condyloma acu- minatum. Methods： We selected 70 eases of vulvar condyloma acuminatum. 35 cases（ group A） were treated with Zhuang Medi- cine Tulong lotion by fumigating the affected parts combining with kneading techniques while the other 35 cases（ group B） were treated with recombinant human Interferon α-2b paste. Results： The clinical cure rate was 88.57% in group A, and 57.14% in group B. There were significant differences between these two groups （X2 = 9. 038, P = 0. 029, P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the follow - up during the next three months, the recurrence rate of the observation group rate was 9. 52 ± 4. 37. The difference was significant （ t = - 3. 472,P = 0. 026, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group has no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Zhuang Medicine Tulong Quyou lotion has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of vulvar condyloma acuminatum.
