摘　　要：目的:探究恋爱中大学生首次性行为的性强迫在不同恋爱阶段的描述性特点(发生率)。方法:调查正处于恋爱中的大学生,在西安和上海的三所高校获得416个有效样本。结果:显示恋爱中大学生首次性行为的性强迫发生率在3个不同恋爱阶段的表现各有不同,男女报告的发生率也有明显差异。结论:中国恋爱中大学生首次性行为强迫的发生率属于较高水平,有关部门应对于大学生的两性关系教育、性教育给予重视。When to have ＂our first sexual intercourse＂ is a common issue confronted by dating heterosexual couples in an increasingly intimate relationship. What happens if one partner is ready for sex and the other is not？ Obtaining sex against the partner＇ s will, through different tactics, is called ＂sexual coercion＂. Sexual coercion within the context of intimate relationships is a very important while under - studied research topic, especially in China. The aim of this study is to explore the descriptive characteristics of women＇ s coerced first sexual intercourse （WCFSI） in different stages of college students＇ dating relationships （ including the prevalences）. The eligible participants were college students who were currently in a dating relationship. A total of 416 partieipants drawn from three universities in Xi＇ an and Shanghai attended the survey by purposive snowball sampling. The data collection procedures are very careful and standard to ensure privacy in the questionnaire completion process. Results： showed that nearly half of the participants （44. 0% ） reported they have had requested or been requested to have their first sexual intercourse with their dating partner. The prevalence of WCFSI in the total sample （N =416） was 14. 9%, and varied across the early, exploring and established relationship stages. Most of the WCFSI （ 65.0% ） was reported to occur in the exploring dating stage （within one year of one＇s romantic relationship）. The prevalence within male samples was 12. 1% while being 17.5% within female samples. If the sample was limited to those who were sexually active （ defined as ＂having requested or being reques- ted for having sex with the partner＂ ） , the prevalence of WCFSI was 33.9% （ N = 183 ）. The prevalence within male samples was 27.9% while being 39.2% within female samples. The prevalence reported by males was always lower than the one reported by females limited to whichever samples.
