摘　　要：摘要：根据中小型组织信息化投入不足或计算机人才缺乏的现状，设计并开发了一套基于WEB的智能报名管理系统。网上报名管理系统，基于B／S架构，以SQLSERVER2005数据库为平台，增强了系统的稳定性。通过对数据采集需求的分析提出了项目化管理的设计思路，通用项目和常用字段的预置为用户提供了快速的解决方案。According to the under-funded and short of computer professionals situation in small and medium- sized organizations,a WEB-based intelligent registration system is designed and developed. The system takes B/S as its frame, SQLSERVER2005 data base as its platform, which strengthen the stability of the system. Project management design idea is brought forward and a quick solution is provided to users by preset the general items and common phrases.
